Curiosity, care, and a love of stories.

Arash has always loved hearing people's stories — because for a few minutes, you get to live a completely different life. He started teaching programming at 19, earned three programming awards, and built years of tier-1 experience in tech and fintech. But life is one, and it's too short to keep doing the same thing — so he followed his curiosity into an entirely different field: the mind.

He became a meditation coach, attended many retreats including a Vipassana 10-day silent retreat — the oldest meditative practice, rooted in the Buddha himself, of going fully silent for 10 days. He spoke with renowned experts in alternative practices, explored energy healing, and today runs Harmonea — an operating system for humans, built for a long, happy, modern life.

He also started a nonprofit helping small charities operate more effectively, and has created content with millions of organic views. All of this is why he created Breakfast with Arash — to hear real stories, follow his curiosity, act on his care, and have fun doing it.
