A podcast & mindfulness community
Where mindfulness meets the modern world
Real conversations with global leaders on how presence, breath, and stillness transform performance, creativity, and life.
About Arash
Arash Farahani is a tech founder, 3× award-winning programmer, and mindfulness guide. With a background in Computer Science and a Master's in Technology Innovation Management, he built ventures across AI and fintech — leading 120+ projects on four continents and supporting $15M+ in fundraising before a pivotal M&A exit.
After that shift, Arash turned his energy inward. He began a 21-day mindfulness challenge on Instagram that never stopped — reaching day 119 and growing from 1,000 to 10,000 followers as his videos went viral. Today he is on a mission to share the tools that changed his life: breathwork, Sadhu board meditation, and the quiet power of presence.
The Podcast
Each episode, Arash sits down with leaders from business, technology, health, and the arts — from across the globe — to explore one question: how does mindfulness change the way you work?
Every conversation unfolds over an hour of honest dialogue, followed by a one-and-a-half-hour live mindfulness experience: Sadhu board meditation and breathwork, recorded and shared for you to follow along.
